Returning an Item
1. How did you purchase the item?

Initiate your return on the Keiconnect Technologies website or app.

We’ll collect the unused item in its original packaging within 2-5 days.

Refunds or replacements may take up to 21 days.
2. Important Return Conditions:

All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, including accessories and documentation.

Promotional, free, and bundled items must be returned with the main purchase.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in a return being rejected.
3. Refunds and Replacements:

After assessing your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 21 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For Mobicred payments, refunds will be issued to your Mobicred profile. You remain liable for any outstanding Mobicred payments.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items at Delivery
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Log your return online.

We will collect the item within 7 business days.

Assessment and Replacement: The item will be assessed, and a replacement will be dispatched to you.
Important Notes:

Promotional, Free, and Bundled Items: If you received promotional, free, or bundled items with your purchase, please return them along with the damaged or incorrect item.

Delivery Costs: Delivery costs incurred by Keiconnect Technologies will not be refunded.

Collection Fees: Keiconnect Technologies reserves the right to charge a collection fee if our couriers make more than two failed delivery or collection attempts.

Return to Customer Fees: If your return is not approved, a fee may be charged to return the item to you.

Account Suspension: Misuse of our return policies or free delivery service may result in account suspension or other actions.
